Poster Presentation Application

NOTE:

  • The primary author of the submission must be an NANP member in good standing.
  • The primary author must be prepared to attend HEALCon 2026 in person to present the poster if selected.
  • A non-refundable processing fee of $25 will be required at the end of this application form to submit your presentation for consideration.
  • What to expect after submitting your application:
    • If you have any questions about your submission, please feel free to reach out to Randi Dixon at rdixon@nanp.org.
    • Once your application has been submitted and fee paid, you will be contacted soon by Janet Ludwig with instructions for preparing your poster and any additional details.
