Being a black belt in Tae Kwan Do and an Ironman Triathlete, she has explored the latest advances for athletes. Dr. Ginsberg continues her research in nutritional therapies for many reasons, most significantly for the benefits it has brought to her sons with specific learning needs. She lectures for the American Academy of Anti-Aging on hormone replacement and Functional Medicine University on the topic of PCOS. She is the author of the PCOS Environmental Roadmap.
