Presentation Description:
Busyness and stress have become such a societal norm that many people aren’t even aware of how stressed they are. Nearly every client you work with is affected by stress to at least some degree, and whether stress and adrenal issues are the root problem or if they are a secondary issue, they are most assuredly playing a role in your client’s health.

Learning Objectives:

  • the role of stress in your clients’ health and how it connects to other, seemingly unrelated conditions
  • how to evaluate for stress, even when stress and adrenal issues aren’t your specialties
  • protocols for supporting stress in conjunction with other health challenges
  • how to create effective and comprehensive protocols that will feel manageable and achievable to a client under stress
