Alex graduated as a Nutritional Therapist from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (UK) in 2009, followed by a degree in Nutritional Therapy and then a Masters in Personalized Nutrition. In 2016 Alex went on to certify with the institute for functional. Alex is also a transformational breathwork facilitator intern and in August he certified with the Synthesis Institute and as a Psychedelic Practitioner. Outside of private practice Alex is the Co-founder of Health Path Pro, a UK based platform supporting Nutritional therapist and Allied Health Professionals. Alex is also the chief Wellness officer at Exhale Coffee which is third party tested to ensure that it is free of mycotoxins as well as pesticides, herbicides, and heavy metals.
