Postpartum Nutrition Certification Program

This advanced certification equips professionals with the tools to support postpartum women through the integration of traditional care practices and functional nutrition strategies. The curriculum addresses the complex physiological, emotional, and biochemical changes that occur in the months and years following birth. Delivered over 12 weeks, the program includes a combination of video lessons, self-paced modules, downloadable resources, client-ready tools, written assignments, and case study reviews. Participants should expect to dedicate approximately 2–4 hours per week to complete the course material.
