ITN’s 42 week program integrates physical, mental, and spiritual health aspects, aiming to extend beyond traditional health coaching by embracing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. The program also places a strong emphasis on business-building, targeting those who wish to establish careers in health coaching.
