The IF:45 Coaching Certification Program is a group coaching program for holistic nutrition professionals who want to grow their reach and income by implementing intermittent fasting into their practice.

Participants learn through a combination of on-demand video content, templates and workbooks. Each module will open after you complete the preceding module. When you complete all modules, you will take a certification test and once you have passed the exam you are completely free to start launching your own IF:45 program.

Objectives:
This self-paced 3-month group coaching program teaches the basics and nuances of intermittent fasting so you can properly coach your clients following a sample of the entire IF:45 program so you can quickly launch your business and impact more lives.
