Introduction to Muscle Testing
Presented by Edison Institute of Nutrition
3.5 CE's
This foundational course introduces students to the skill of muscle testing, a biofeedback technique used by many holistic practitioners to support clinical decision-making. Muscle testing, also known as Applied Kinesiology, involves assessing muscle response to various stimuli and has roots in the work of Dr. George Goodheart and Dr. John Diamond.
Students will gain practical skills in testing techniques, discernment, grounding, and baseline evaluation, as well as tools for interpreting responses through charts (e.g. vitamins/minerals, tissue salts). The course is suitable for nutrition professionals and other holistic practitioners looking to expand their toolkit with energy-based assessment techniques.
